1. INTRODUCTION
The Municipality of Sibuco is committed to delivering efficient, transparent, and accessible public service to all constituents. In line with the provisions of the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (RA 9485), as amended by Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032), this Citizen’s Charter outlines the services provided through the electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU) platform.
The eLGU system enables residents, businesses, and stakeholders to access government services online—minimizing physical visits, reducing processing time, and enhancing overall service delivery.
This Charter serves as a guide for citizens on how to avail of services, the requirements, fees, and processing times, as well as the responsibilities of both the LGU and its clients.
